1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on www.broveg.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes; actual product colour/packaging may vary slightly.
  • We do not guarantee that products will always be in stock. In case of unavailability after payment, a full refund will be issued.

3. Orders & Payment

  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment or placement of a valid COD order.
  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking (via Razorpay/PhonePe), and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
  • COD orders may attract a nominal handling fee.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraud or payment failure.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India via Shiprocket partner couriers (Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.).
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Free shipping on orders above a threshold (as displayed on the site). A flat shipping fee applies otherwise.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by the courier after dispatch.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@broveg.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with seal intact (for hygiene products).
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
  • COD orders are refunded via bank transfer/UPI.
  • We do not accept returns for products that have been opened/used (except in case of defect).

6. Coupons & Offers

  • Coupons are valid for a limited time and subject to minimum order conditions.
  • Only one coupon can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
  • BROVEG reserves the right to withdraw or modify any offer without prior notice.
  • Coupon abuse or misuse may result in order cancellation and account suspension.

7. Reviews & User Content

  • Only verified buyers (customers who have purchased the product) may submit reviews.
  • By submitting a review, you grant BROVEG a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the website and marketing materials.
  • Reviews must be honest and not contain offensive, defamatory, or misleading content.
  • We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, product names, images, copy, and design — is the property of BROVEG PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

BROVEG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mau, Uttar Pradesh, India.
